Located on the Vigna hilltop - where you can admire San Salvatore Castle - the ancient medieval fortress which serves as the city’s symbol – is one of the most prominent restaurants in the Treviso province. It’s a place where you can eat fresh fish that has been cooked to perfection.
At the Osteria da Tizio, the sea is the main ingredient in its exquisite dishes. Freshly caught fish of the day is cooked in a simple and tasty way, or is the protagonist in raw and tartare dishes, gourmet first courses, and traditional dishes. Every dish is accompanied by a fine selection of local wines which enhance the delicate flavors.
The seaside theme is also present in the restaurant’s creative furnishings: rainbow-colored fish, works of art, memorabilia and sculptures make for an eclectic, lively, and cheerful setting. During the warm months, the terrace becomes an exclusive spot for guests to admire the view: rows of vineyards go as far as the eye can see, embracing the ancient fort and surrounding countryside.
